STOOLPIGEON perform RIOTously original funny songs mixed with monologues, sketches, comic banter and general hilarity.

With influences from the golden age of British  musical comedy, Flanders & Swann and Max Miller. STOOLPIGEON have put a modern cutting edge to the genre bringing traditional musical comedy into the 21st century with devastatingly comic effect.

Heavy with double entendre and sarcasm they are established within the folk circuit yet moving across genres into comedy clubs and mainstream venues such is their universal appeal.

They are headlining at the international Laurel and Hardy Convention in Stoke in May 2007  having brought the house down at the 14th Birthday party of Birmingham’s Laurel and Hardy appreciation society (Laughing Gravy tent).

STOOLPIGEON are:

Bob Gessey – Writer producer and arranger –Guitar and Vocals
John Charnock – Quality Control – Double bass and sarcasm.
